The pion-induced Drell-Yan process is the important and unique experimental approach to access the partonic structure of pions, the Goldstone boson of the strong interaction. In 2015, Di-muon production from 190-GeV π - beams interacting with NH3 and W targets was measured by COMPASS experiment at CERN. We will present the differential cross sections as functions of dimuon mass, Feynman x and transverse momentum for Drell-Yan production within the invariant mass between 4.3 and 8.5 GeV/c^2 from this run. The results will be compared with NA10 and E615 data, and the fixed-ordered QCD calculations with the current pion PDFs to find out the consistency.
