Coherent elastic scattering of neutrino on nucleus (νAel) is the neutral current weak interaction process which is well defined in the Standard Model and recently observed for stopped pion neutrinos above ~20 MeV at ORNL. The precise measurement of low energy corss-section of
νA el can be done with reactor neutrinos below ~10 MeV. This measurement allow us to probe the quantum mechanical coherency effects in electroweak interactions, irreducible background in dark matter searches and potential reaches of different beyond Standard Model physics. The TEXONO experiment at Kuo-Sheng Reactor Neutrino Laboratory (KSNL) is dedicated to probe low neutrino properties as electromagnetic properties of neutrino and νAel scattering. The experiment is using electro-cool point contact Germanium detector technology for the observation of low energy νAel process with reactor neutrinos. We will present the recent development in ultra-low energy Germanium detector technology to achieve the sub-keV sensitivities and substantial noise reduction.
