We investigate the creation of skyrmions in a homogeneous spinor exciton-polariton condensate. The spinor texture and topological charge of a skyrmion can be controlled via changing the pump polarization and strength. We find that different kinds of skyrmions can be created with suitable excitation conditions. NĂ©el-type half-skyrmion, Bloch-type skyrmion and skyrmion with a higher topological charge could exist in spinor exciton-polariton condensates. The stability of these skyrmions is checked by the linear stability analysis.
