The Pseudo-Dirac neutrino is composed of two maximally-mixed Majorana neutrinos with a tiny mass difference. The oscillation phenomenology of Pseudo-Dirac neutrino is different from the phenomenology of usual active neutrinos. In this work, we consider the distance distribution of blazars to predict the observable neutrino sky map of Pseudo-Dirac neutrino on Earth.
