Your cooperation is appreciated in keeping the meeting on schedule for the benefit of all attendees. Please note the following guidelines:


Oral Presentation- All talks are limited to the amount of time listed in the program, which includes setup time to connect laptops or flash drives and Q&A. A presentation must not start late or extend past the scheduled end time.   


Laptops- laptops are provided in each room. Speakers are encouraged to copy their presentation data into the computer set up in the session rooms. The assistants will be there 30 min before each session to assist you.

  1. Please bring your presentation data in a USB flash memory stick prior to the start of the session and load the file in to the session computer.

  2. If you intend to use your own laptop for your presentation, please make sure to check the compatibility of your laptop with the projector prior to the start of the session.


Connectors- A VGA connection cable from the computer to the LCD projector will be provided in each room.   


Adaptors- Authors are required to bring their own adaptors for VGA connection, slide advancer, any power cords and any proprietary cords.  Also, your presentation should be backed up on a USB flash drive in case of unforeseen compatibility issues.
